If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is the shadiest, most unprofessional company! I called them in good faith and paid my (Northwestern Energy) account with them, in full. They then gave me the runaround, saying that they did not receive my payment ( even though my bank could verify that I made the payment). Finally, they suddenly find the payment and assured me that they have done everything on their end so this would be removed from my credit report.
