Your agents are rude and obviously need to learn how to do their job! Couldn't even find my account. *2nd review* Paid my debt at the beginning of August and have been requesting a receipt showing paid since. I have called roughly every 10 days. They have claimed its been sent. Even claimed now to have sent 2 certified copies. I have received 0. Highly recommend them to collect funds owed you! They are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Charged my child in 2020 a 15 year old! And I tried to dispute it and pay it to rectify it. Now they call and don't even say who they are just to pretend to verify if the person has a job! Now in 2025 going after her calling my business all rude.
