Charged my child in 2020 a 15 year old! And I tried to dispute it and pay it to rectify it. Now they call and don't even say who they are just to pretend to verify if the person has a job! Now in 2025 going after her calling my business all rude.

Go to make a payment online, website cant even load. try to make a payment over the phone, get stuck with a ai that cant even tell if and when you are talking, agents only call during the worst hours when the average person is busy at work and rarely answer anyways. Makes one wonder how its legal for scum to purposely make it as hard as possible to make payments so they can continue to make more off of you
