5 star customer service. Louisa & Simon know how to treat people. After reading the reviews, all true, I had to check them out for myself. I’m very glad I did. Perfect for my storage needs & very reasonably priced too. Just have to update about continuing standard of excellence provided by Simon. Awful.customer service by a male rep who called me at 538pm.today and wasnt even able to give me.pricing or availability despite me advising him what was showing on The website .very disappointing ..dont rent there
Super staff (thanks Simon you are awesome).. clean, secure and jist a generally excellent experience. Including recommending the best movers ever!
Very well-maintained and nice facilities! Property is secure and kept clean. Simon, the manager, is so kind and helpful- he'll show you how to navigate the building without getting lost.
