The staff at this clinic are UNEXCUSEABLY HORRIBLE!!! THEY NEVER KNOW ANYTHING, THEY’RE RUDE!! I just can’t believe I fell for CentroMed again! It’s like they hire ANYBODY!! I asked for my kids shot record THREE WEEKS AGO and I’ve been told SEVERAL TIMES that NO WORK has been done, they can’t locate her records. I feel so disrespected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THESE LAZY PEOPLE!!!!
CentroMed’s network system has been down for over two months. My infant son’s immunization record was not updated before they went down and now NO ONE can tell me what shots he received for his 4 month check up. The person I spoke to (Terry) was incredibly condescending and acted as if my questions were ridiculous. It was very insensitive, especially because I am just trying to get information about my son.
San antonio pediatrics was amazing UNTIL they became a part of centromed. My son LOVES Dr. Rodriguez. He is very thorough and caring and follows through with all he says he will. The ONLY FLAW is CENTROMED. Ever since san antonio pediatrics paired with them it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anything done and the phone operators can be very rude. Everytime I have called because I needed a referral or information I am transfered repeatedly and nothing gets done.
