My mother has resided on the property for over 15 years and the property has become a slum to say the least. The once secure buildings are now open to the public and transients have access to the buildings and often loiter on the property and hide out in the stairways where they leave trash and urinate. Management NEVER wants to make repairs and always make excuses for not wanting to send maintenance to check out matters. Conditions for the residents have become horrific and close to deplorable over the years.
