Our daughter was sick on cruise, so we visited this emergency room in Puerto Rico while in port. From the initial call through the end of the ER visit with the doctor, everyone was super helpful and nice to us. The doctor, Liza, was very caring and explained everything. She was a blessing!! The doc even followed up after the visit to let us know that the radiologist reviewed the xrays and concurred with her diagnosis/ treatment. This place is old but kept spotless. Office staff is ok. A bit lazy but they function. Always pretty empty when I go. Dr. Is not Pro - alternative to medicine at all. GYN is a snob but good. Nurse are too many pretend being busy. But overall place is clean . Área not bad not accesible by train but buses do go by near. It’s a 30 minute drive for me.
Encantada con el servicio. El mejor grupo en General que han tenido en años. Tanto los doctores, enfermer@s, las área de citas, Emergencia, hasta los que mantienen ese lugar impecable les felicito se ve que trabajan de corazón!
