Dr.Shah is awesome. She gave me advise no other dentist has before, and it was spot-on! She really cares for her patients and I appreciate her holistic approach. This past visit, they were short staffed and very busy, but she was still friendly and took time to make sure I was cared for.

Don’t waste your gas coming. I was coming in for a cleaning. It was changed to just X-rays and “consolation” which just means sell you more services. Also after reading the reviews I decided it wasn’t worth it and just walked out. Their only returning patients are older people who don’t know any better. Please don’t let your family end up at this location. For sure the front desk lady she’s about 60 years old is bad.

There are many things to say about the Dental office of Centro Medico. My family and I have always gone to them for 13 years. We've been going there ever since the office turned from the building that both housed the Dental and Medical Clinics to when they separated them to different buildings. The staff is very kind and makes sure that nothing bad happens.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I dont usually write reviews and I’m not one to complain but this place is seriously horrible! I’ve been here about 6 times because this is where my insurance sends me and each time, without fail, I waited over 40 minutes to be seen. The longest I waited was about 2 hours! But the wait times are nothing compared to what I’m going through. One of the dentists MESSED UP MY TOOTH!!!! The wait time for scheduled appointments are too long. I often schedule my appointments later in the evening closer to the end of my work day because they tend to run behind. . It's frustrating to have to wait 30-60 + mins after you have taken off of work AND sat in traffic. As a courtesy, It would be helpful if the staff gave patients a heads up prior to their scheduled appointment time, letting them know if the doctor is running behind so they know to adjust their schedule accordingly. They have never seen me on time.
