Worst possible urgent care clinic. Don't waste your time. Every time I go they have some excuse why they're unable to help. The girls at the front engage in loud personal conversations while ignoring guests who are waiting to be helped (talking about who they're hooking up with, etc etc).. Insanely unprofessional. After 3 attempts I've literally never been actually helped by a Doctor. Never going back...

Medical staff need to strengthen their sense of responsibility. I showed the nurse the CVS address twice and told her not to make a mistake, because last time she got it wrong. I also showed the doctor the CVS address once, but in the end, it was still wrong. This wasted a lot of my time.
Was scheduled at 12:20 was in the room at 12:20 done amd waiting until 1:30 to finally see the doctor went out looking and calling for help at the end and no one was around asked to talk to the office manager daisy she never came to acknowledge my issues and took them still 25 min after finding staff and asking and still never heard back same issues as borrego even now as dap . Go anywhere else they do not care how you feel
Bad service bad front desk guy employ go if u have no choice this place is in business miracle 20 people waiting one provider I go there when can't go no where imagine the frustration call around before u go the cilinic doesn't give u release papers and gives u verbal diagnosis they said my son has wrist fracture but don't want to write down asked the nurse for it she got upset said come back next day after I insisted for paper work.
