I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and communication at this office. My daughters had their yearly exams where the doctor requested labs and specifically told us when to return for follow-up. We followed their instructions perfectly, yet the experience has been a nightmare: Incompetent Scheduling: We returned for the appointment the staff scheduled for us, only to be told the labs were "too old" (3 months out) to discuss. HORRIBLE office staff. No concern for urgent matters. I had a 3.5 hour wait in office for appointment 2 weeks ago. Never had less than 1 hour wait at other appointments. Prior authorization for medications and referrals is a joke - it takes multiple weeks to months. I have been without my diabetic medicine for almost a month! They do not return calls when promissed.
