I just changed my primary care provider to a provider here. I went to the website to schedule an appointment or to see if walk ins were available. I was prompted to schedule an appointment. I tried calling 4 times to get in touch with the receptionist to schedule an appointment and kept being told they “were busy”. I called every other hour and still could not get through to anyone to simply schedule an appointment…There isn’t an option to set an appointment up on the website. The only option is over the phone.
