we had a great time at centro for my baby shower! it fit all of our needs, i had at least 80 guest attend & it was perfect ! not too crowded, parking was good & the set up & take down crew were very nice & let us in early to set up !

Great space - we recently used the space to host our team all hands meeting and it was perfect for our needs. Good space for us to mix/mingle and the A/V set-up was simple (plug and play with laptop) making things easy. Daniel was also very helpful when we hit a bit of a snag in the beginning and got everything sorted within minutes.

I’m disappointed with the customer service experience. The person handling calls was rude, difficult to communicate with, and barely responsive. Calls were not answered properly, and when they were, the responses were unhelpful and dismissive. When customers reach out, they expect basic professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how calls are handled, because this kind of interaction reflects very poorly... read more
