I’m disappointed with the customer service experience. The person handling calls was rude, difficult to communicate with, and barely responsive. Calls were not answered properly, and when they were, the responses were unhelpful and dismissive. When customers reach out, they expect basic professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. We have used this space for 2 years for our client parties. It is perfect for a large group with plenty of seating and space for everyone to hang out. Daniel and his team take great care of us us and really help us put on great events!
I great venue. Easy to get to in Round Rock. Modern space with great AV.
Wide open, wonderful place for events. The only challenge is that the acoustics are horrible, so it's very hard to hear people speak even when they're standing very close to you.
