Horrible experience with this company. Scheduled twice to install kitchen backsplash, both times canceled last minute by contractor. First cancellation, unexpected illness of contractors son. Honestly believe contractor forgot because before the second scheduled appointment, a formal quote was sent to me by office secretary. This was not done before the first appointment.
