Before calling Dr. Ozuals office, I first called Cigna to confirm what I can do in reference of seeing a doctor. So I called Ozuals office, and I spoke to Ruth which is the doctor's wife apparently after the fact, I verified my insurance with her and everything went fine and set an appointment with the doctor for an annual checkup first thing in the morning.
