Had an appointment 8 am i get there and they tell me whoever made my appointment did it wrong. very unprofessional considering people take time out they day or miss work to come.
Waiting for 40 minutes, with sprained ankle pain to heard that my prescription wasn't processed, I went to Walgreens, paid 35 dollars out of pocket, instant service, it was over the counter gel.
Is this the new norm? To treat people based off their appearence or insurance type?? Have these employee's forgot that they get paid by the hour to be treating people so poorly???
Clinic is clean, but there is not enough parking so it is inconvenient to have to park somewhere away from the building, especially if you feel sick or weak. There were not enough chairs so people were just standing around, another inconvenience. The receptionist I spoke to was polite and friendly, but the woman who takes care of signing you up for the insurance was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her.
