It’s crazy to me how these people working in hospitals lack empathy. I’ve been sick so I made an appointment they gave it to me for the next day at 3, I show up and the super rude unprofessional front desk lady I think her name is Marisela basically tells me that there’s no appointment for me even though I called and made an appointment I even missed work for this just for her to basically try to convince me that I never even called to make an appointment I get it accidents happen but she didn’t even look sorry she was actin... read more
