These guys might do a great job on alignments but are horrible with anything else. Wife took her car in because her tire was flat. She went up to someone asking for help and immediately they told her she needed a new tire. (without looking at the tire) She thought that was weird so luckily she called over a friend that works on cars and knew the owner, looked at the tire, and knew that a new tire wasn't needed.
