First of all, takeout service is absolutely non existent, they just set the food on a random table near the door for anyone to take. Second, there seems to be a strong correlation between their prices and quality. Specifically, as prices go up, quality goes down, as does quantity. Family taco meal now doesn’t include any toppings or sauces of any kind. Used to include a container with limes radish salsa etc. How is that a ready to eat family style meal?? And for nearly $50??? Cool, vibey spot, but honestly, the food here is hit or miss. I've had both great and mediocre food and service the handful of times I've been in to dine.

My wife and I have been coming to Centro since we first started dating 5+ years ago. This place is not what it used to be. The quality of the food has gone down, and a lot of faves have disappeared off the menu entirely. Service went from high touch to basic to borderline non-existent. Tonight no one greeted us, no one checked in on our meal, food runners just tossed plates of tacos that were totally unremarkable onto our table.
