It was Viridian. They put me in a moldy, leaky fire hazard apartment!! Very happy to take my money, but untimely to fix apartment!!
Not a bad place to live, I read all the other reviews and was nervous to make this my new home! But I was really fortunate I did not listen to them, for an apartment complex this has been a blessing and the location is perfect! The building. Are well maintained the staff is easy going!
When you don't have enough parking for your tenants, and cars are constantly towed out of spots THAT CLEARLY DO NOT SAY TOW-AWAY ZONE! Why is there no parking permits for your tenants? You've promised us this for MONTHS and nothing. Cars are being illegally towed and it's not right!
Not registered to be a business in colorado. Probably doesn't pay local taxes either.
