Jeff, Jeremiah, and Becca are amazing coaches. Regardless of experience and skill they will work with you and modify workouts to make sure you get a workout but also keep you safe. The other members are incredibly friendly and supportive. Not a class goes by without everyone cheering each other on regardless of skill
Amazing community and gym with knowledgeable members and staff. Becca is amazing with my wife helping her achieve many goals and helping her to rebuild her shoulder after a difficult car accident. Jeff is very supportive and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for members and prospective members. Been going weekly for about three months and have seen gains in weights and endurance
Dropped into the 4:30 class while traveling and had a great time. The atmosphere was great. Everyone in the class was warm, welcoming, and supportive—coaches and athletes included. If I'm ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to drop back in.
I went in for a workout and after wrestling and playing football in college this truly gave me another taste of the kind of workouts I did during my training seasons. The teamwork and encouragement from Jeff and Jeremiah was outstanding. I recommend all to join this great community.
Dropped in from Chicago and had the best warmed welcome and training for the day. Will definitely be back!
