If I could choose zero stars I would! Terrible management company! Do not engage with them if at all possible!!! We moved in and had a broken shelf in our refrigerator and told them it was broken. Upon moving out a year later we are now charged to fix that. We put in maintenance requests to fix our dishwasher and disposal and they were never fixed and we were charged for them in our deposit. Cozy quiet and clean
We had such a terrible time renting at RoCo, and I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. The fire alarms went off constantly, often in the middle of the night. Standing outside in freezing weather at 3am waiting for the fire department became a regular occurrence, and it got old fast. The RoCo building felt completely unsafe. Two Properties, Same Terrible Experience – Do Not Rent from Centric After living in two of Centric’s properties over the past five years, I can confidently say they are not worth the high rent or the stress. At both locations—Woodrow and ROCO—we faced constant issues that management refused to address.
