Just moved in. Trey set me up and was extremely helpful. The apartment is nice and appliances are quality. So far so good.
Great living experience. Friendly, clean and respectful community. Maintance is on top of it, shoutout to Dakota who has serviced a couple smaller maintance requests.
I think it was Dakota, but he helped restore my hot water one day when my water heater stopped working after I left town for a week, then a couple of days later I realized the water pressure in my shower had dropped a bit. He came back just minutes after submitting the work order and had the shower working with water pressure & heat like a 5 star spa/resort. It's worked great ever since!
I have lived at Windsor properties for the past 4 years, and have generally had such great experiences with management. I currently live in a sister property nearby and applied to transfer to a unit in centric. It took them TWO WEEKS to get back to me about the status of my application. By the time they got back to me, I had a general distaste regarding the level of customer service they provided, so I cancelled my application. We just moved in about a month ago. The floor plans are spacious and homey, great neighborhood, nice amenities, the staff is friendly and put on great events for the residents. Trey is exceptionally nice. Excited for our time here!
