Same issues as everyone else. Things are constantly broken with vague updates on end, the pool has been out of service for 4+ months, the leasing staff is dismissive and rude, I have the 3rd tier internet but it always runs out before the end of the month bc Im an engineer that works from home, and the restaurants attract loitering and clearly uninsured cars in the garage that we pay for but have no security. Location is the only thing that’s nice here. The building front desk person is extremely rude and dismissive. She says she will look into things for you and doesn’t or doesn’t answer the phone when I am watching her play games on her personal device. There has been “pool” construction for 8 weeks after they promised it would only take 2 and yet again today we received our 4th email pushing back the end of construction. The location is perfect and I love my apartment! I have had frustrations about construction lately and the general manager, Madison Stone handled things perfectly. She was very responsive and made sure I was satisfied with my home.
I’ll summarize my review of Centric after living here for just under a year. All of the reviews you read here have elements of truth to them. Depending where you live you’ll either have elevator issues (building one) or a perfectly functional elevator system (building two). Your garage gate may be working great (building two) or broken (building one). I’ve had one package stolen so far, as packages that don’t fit in the limited locker space are simply piled up in the mail room for anyone to look through. My apartment shower ... read more
A few things of note to mention. My car was broken into while in the covered parking area. The security guards are never around. Centric staff did not help in anyway. Secondly, my truck bed cover was stained form a leak in the apartment directly above my parking spot, centric lohi paid for a car wash. I had to buy and replace my own light bulbs because they decided to buy the bright (hospital) lights and wouldn’t consider buying what was already previously installed, the soft white light.
