Nice property and amenities. Maintance orders can take up to a week. 1 parking spot for each unit.
I live here now and I love the area as well as the actual apartment! Location is the biggest benefit of living here. Maintenance is on top of things and the cleaner that cleans the building every day does an incredible job. However, there’s a few things I wish they would improv throughout the building for their paying residents. Building 1 has a rooftop area that clearly states “no dogs” but the minute you walk out there it smells terribly of dog pee so I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned.
