We have lived here for over a year now and have had nothing but an incredible experience. Nolan and Derek have been incredible with every interaction. Recently, we had two separate instances where Dakota, Kris, Lexi, and Paige were extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. We cannot provide a better description other than this is a great place to live.
The ladies in the leasing office are amazing. Lexi especially helped me out by getting me into an apartment very quickly with incredibly short notice. No other leasing office in Denver was able to produce that kind of response. They truly went above and beyond. The building itself is maintained well and very clean. Common areas are respected and the ammenaties are nice too. I would recommend Centric Lohi to anyone interested in the area.
I’m updating my review after being here for a couple years. The location is excellent and generally the apartments themselves are very nice. They are wooden constructed which means you hear every footstep and noise from all sides. The complex has addressed some of the prior issues (elevator outages, removing old broken appliances from the garage, and fixing the pool), so definitely a positive. i lived here for almost 2 years. the neighborhood and the units themselves are great! no complaints there. the gym had no AC for a good chunk of time, elevators frequently break and sometimes go weeks without repairs. if you live in building two, packages can be annoying/difficult to get. i also had water heater leak issues (once the unit above mine leaked into my ceiling at 6 am, another time i leaked into the unit below mine at 6 am) two times close together, and the maintenance folks told me it is their most common proble... read more
