I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dr. Nnaemeka Okea for the excellent care I received during my visit yesterday. I was seen as a walk-in, and despite not having a scheduled appointment, Dr. Okea took the time to see me and address all of my concerns. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and made me feel heard and respected throughout the entire visit. I had to visit this clinic yesterday for a very painful ear infection, and I was genuinely impressed by the care I received. They were incredibly welcoming and personable. My exam was thorough, and time was taken to explain things to me and to really listen to and address my concerns. I never felt rushed, and both of them made me feel like they truly cared about helping me feel better. It’s such a relief to find a medical office with compassionate people and excellent care. Highly recommend!
