Went in the other day for a cleaning as a new patient and had an overall wonderful experience. Came in about a half hour early yet was still seated almost right away. I expected to be with a hygienist but ended up seeing Dr. Royce Ing. He was incredibly professional, took his time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me, and gave me what was probably the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had in my life. Bad service, the doctors eyes have a problem she’s not seeing well
Dr Royce Ng is is a rare find!! I have been from doctor to doctor and have always felt like being treated as a walking wallet. He is very professional , gentle and has a calming demeanor. He's patient and always makes sure you feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend asking for him specifically.
