Service is wonderful and product is great.
I'm a fan because i didn't have to Waite all day for someone to show up.
Gannon has been our tech to service our machines. He explains what our problem is/was with our copier. He even gave me a tutorial on extra features of the machine. He's neat, polite & very knowledgeable of the machine & explains what he did to resolve the problem.
