Mr. Dennis, the tech who came out, is always very professional and solves our issues with the copiers. He is always very informative. The customer service is always great, whether it be ordering toner or placing a service call, my team is always given professionalism from the team.
Got new laptop and had to have drivers installed. Technician did it all remotely and was extremely patient with my slowness.
Josh was personable, knowledgeable, and speedy in fixing my issues. At one point, he needed another technician to assist with what he was doing to fix my issue. He got the assistance, fixed the issue, and we were on our way. I would hold on to Josh, if I were you.
We have been with the service for several years and have always been very pleased with the speed of responses, the professionalism and courtesy of the team, and the quality of work provided.
Service is wonderful and product is great.
