Terrible experience, life shattering. I Did business With this place for around four years, having no problem with them until the past year when I start struggle pay rent, but was always in touch with the manager about the situation and last time I spoke to the manager after making $150 payment in June 2025 I was told that everything was fine, and I told her that I would try to completely pay off the balance in about 6 weeks from then and she told me it would be fine. This is not a properly secured facility, the access code is the same for all users with no log of who is gaining access to the premises. Beware. Consider other options for your valuable items.
