Made an appointment, arrived early, fasted, took time off from work only to be told (very rudely) that I would not be getting my blood taken at that time because of a large number of walk-ins. Staff didn't know how long it would be. I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment if I knew. DO NOT expect to have your appointment honored.
Thank you for hiring Stacy. I do not know her personally but she is excellent. She’s wonderful. She’s efficient and I just need to thank you for her. She’s amazing. I appreciate Stacy and thank you once again for hiring her.
