I used this lab. I went on a Tuesday around 10 am. I'm not a huge fan of the kiosk check in but it worked. Lady called me right back. She was nice. She can come off as looking grumpy but she is nice and we got to joking. I didn't catch her name but she did a good job.
The tech was shaking when she took my blood very painful I bled through the gauze and tape have bruise not going there again
Made an appointment, arrived early, fasted, took time off from work only to be told (very rudely) that I would not be getting my blood taken at that time because of a large number of walk-ins. Staff didn't know how long it would be. I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment if I knew. DO NOT expect to have your appointment honored.
