We were searching for a 2-5/16" trailer ball with a 3/4" shank but to no avail. Mr. Hutchins was our Knight in Shining Armor by pointing us in the right direction and getting us on the road again. Kudos to Mr. Hutchins for being the kind, considerate, and knowledgeable salesman with a smile
Outstanding customer service
We bought some panels and had them shipped to us, unfortunately they were damaged. Dave quickly sent replacements at no cost. As a fellow retailer I would rate the customer service and communication as excellent.
Excellent service, didn’t try and upsell me on anything I didn’t need I multiple trailers and won’t go anywhere else for trailer needs.
