I was told it would be in the next Day now it Won’t be in for a few days . Don’t tell Customer one thing but do another. And the price was more than other places, but since I was told it could be in the next day, I was with it.
Super racist guy out front apprently he’s manager as soon as we walked in treated us like illegals as a women owned company he read our shirts out loud ive never felt so scared before i thought he was going to hit me my workers had to insult him after his treatment towards us if you’re a woman owned compann please avoid this place manager is super aggressive

I regret not reading the reviews first—they were accurate about the rude, unprofessional customer service. I called ahead to ask for help finding the right part, and they agreed, but when I arrived, they told me to come back another day because someone else 'knew more about trailers.' They refused to assist any further, claiming they were waiting for another customer which called in, which I suspect was me.
