Abysmal customer service. Been a customer for over 6 months, and they treat me like a criminal everytime I come in. Asking for ID as if they don’t recognize me, printing my ID, asking for SSN. Just to make a simple withdrawal. Today they refused to cash a check for me because it was handwritten. No matter how long you’ve been with them, they will never make an exception. This branch (East Greenwich) has more problems than I have ever seen. Other locations are fine but this one is a mess!! Poor management and terrible customer service. Drive up atm is constantly broken. This is the third time I have tried to use it and had a problem. Extremely frustrating. Complained on the phone and was told they would “make a note of it” well I made a note for you!!!

I wouldn't trust them with your money. Outdated systems lack the security required to survive in a world of cyber-attacks, putting your capital and the livelihoods of all (unhappy) employees at risk. Use a real bank, not one with a facade of a nice community bank.
