I’ve been living in this apartment for almost 5 years now, and my experience with the management has been consistently positive. The management team, led by Pat, is truly amazing and extremely responsive, quick to act, and always professional. Yes, the building itself is older, and that shows in things like the carpets, windows, and overall structure. There are occasional elevator issues as well. As a former employee and tenant, I feel compelled to share what I’ve witnessed. The building has serious mold issues that are left untreated even as new tenants move in. From the street, you can clearly see the upper exterior covered in black mold. During my time working there, I also discovered—months after already being exposed—that certain areas contained asbestos. This information was not disclosed to me or other staff in a timely manner. Spacious but shabby. Windows, carpets, etc. are old. I was surprised given the positive reviews. Also, it's a smoking building. Smoking is allowed on balconies, so the hallways and shared amenities being smoke-free will do extremely little in providing you a smoke-free home. We decided to not move in.

I really miss living here. Wonderful management and convenient area. If I still lived in Ottawa I’d move back.
