I had the great pleasure of getting referred to this clinic. I found the staff to be very friendly and kind. And Dr Zhylich to be very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend this clinic and would confirm you will get accurate information and will not be overcharged or given any unnecessary procedures!! Should be your first choice for all orthodontics work in Ottawa. Special shoutout to front staff and tretment coordinator - both deserve raises if u ask me ;)

I consulted this orthodontist for a second opinion regarding ongoing orthodontic treatment, and the overall experience left me very disappointed. I was charged $255 for the consultation and diagnostic records, despite no new X-rays being taken. The fee structure was not communicated to me in advance, and the receipt described the charge as "Records - pan/ceph," which was confusing given that no panoramic or cephalometric X-rays were performed during my visit.
