Location is great in the centre of Dubbo. The room were small but clean. Parking area was tight you need to manoeuvre carefully so as not to hit other vehicles. Communication could be improved. The pool not worth a mention.
Got a room upgrade because of a booking error which was a nice surprise. Easy self check in, the rooms were clean and had air con and ceiling fans in every bedroom and a tv in every bedroom. Little kitchenette which was great coz I was sick of take out ! The staff a very friendly. Nice little pool which the kids enjoyed. Close to all shops. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Dubbo again.
It was a simple old run down motel that happened to be pet friendly. Bumped from 2 stars to 3 for having a dog run in the back. The pool was FILTHY on a summer day that would've otherwise been beautiful for it. Made my wife and I sad when we saw it. The mattresses are old and need replacing. The TV is small. The parking lot is old and run down with loose bricks as trip hazards.
