Poor customer service. Receptionist behind the desk sits behind a big monitor and you cannot see her face unless you are tall enough to see over the monitor. No warmth, just matter of fact and a little abrupt which can be taken as rudeness. While waiting I received an incoming cell phone call and was asked to step outside the office, which is completely understandable, but at the same time other customers outside her direct view were on their cell phones.
