Anthony is an amazing teacher! He pushes you to the edge in an amazing way with inversions and arm balances! It is amazing what your body can do if taught correctly!The atmosphere he created in the space is perfect, there is such a relaxed serene feeling when you're in the room! Everything about the place is amazing and I cannot say enough good things about him as an instructor, a person or his studio!
Anthony is an amazing yoga teacher and his sequences are both challenging and fun! If you're looking to push your yogi edge or just let go and flow, Play is a beautiful place to do so!
The studio is spectacular, such a beautiful setting and tranquil! Get ready to transcend to another world!
Perfect location and beautiful studio. I went to the Liquidplay class last Wednesday and was impressed with Anthony's style and leading abilities. Good vibes all around.
