Food is excellent and you pay for what you get. The inside is small and this place is always packed because the food is really delicious. Its busy but always friendly and welcoming.
I come into Traverse once a year and I'm always trying to find a go to spot, I think I just found it. Servers were very accommodating and friendly. I got the Westerner, really good and got a free Sausage/Cabbage soup that was to die for. As a foodie from Chicago, I'm a hard sell. But a random wild fire smokey Thursday, I was sold. Excited to come back 🤙

I’ve always loved CS for their food, but recently had lunch with someone with a food allergy that is common in many dishes but not commonly listed on menus. The server was very sweet and accommodating, even checking items beyond those we asked about to make sure they were safe. And as always, the food was great and portions were ample.
