I would highly reccomend this salon!!!!! – I have been to Aveda salons in the past, but I just moved to the other side of the Valley and was searching for a new place. It's a good thing I didn't read this review first though because it probably would have worried me a bit! Luckily I had a very opposite experience! I was greeted by the stylist, offered beverages, magazines, given a tour, and a scalp and shoulder massage. WARRNING – The most horrible experience ever.I told the colorist Nicole my formula for my hair and not to put me under the heat .She did not care to listen and did the opposite.As a result the hair broke off and the scalp burned.At first they did not want to give me my money back.I tried to reach the owner Jim Pacifico,but he is unreachable since he lives far away in Denver and left authority to management.They do not even practice Aveda experience of free hand and scalp massage,all other Avedas do.I just recently heard they... read more
