Joke. Sends letters to raise the rent saying it's compatible to the apartments around us. Hahaha, I have a 30 year old stove. The pool, let's talk about that. It hasn't open on time since 2022. Last year the thing didn't even open. They will tell you someone ran into the which is true. That was in May, didn't get fixed until September. The apartments itself is very spacious but so out of date. Look around before you think of this place.

I would give these apartments a -100. First I am going to talk about the property itself. The building is old I get that, but everything inside is outdated. The maintenance man tried to up date the floors and even the shower in the apartment I live in now, let me just say my 6 year old could do better. The shower door leaks keep this in mind its semi new. The air vent in the master does not even work and that is brand new. I told management about it, it took months to set up an appointment. If I could post a negative zero I would. The company that owns these apartments dose not care about the safety of there tenants. The doors to the buildings are broken, the company refuses to fix them. The ladies in the office lie about the fact that the doors will be fixed soon, but it never gets fixed. Anybody can walk into the building if they want too and the company does not care. The office allowes drugs into the complex, if you mention it to them they look the other way.
