Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience. I had an appointment at 12:30 and went to check in at the front desk. Since I recently relocated to Quebec from another province, and due to canada post strike, I haven’t received my Quebec health card yet. However, I do have a letter from RAMQ confirming that I’m successfully enrolled and have active coverage. one of the best healthcare experiences i've EVER had. the receptionist and nurse were lovely + doctor Karthiges was an absolute gem. this is the first time in my life i've felt truly listened to by a doctor - she did a proper assessment, took the time to explain all my options, and was so empathetic the whole way through the appointment. i'm so grateful
I just don’t get why people use reviews for minor issues. This clinic is modern, they give you a portal to book your appointments fairly reliable, the space is clean. They are careful enough to keep a tiny space for kids at the reception, convenient as you can take blood tests, ultrasounds and imaging tests at the same place and they always try to accommodate so we don’t need to come back. It’s really a big question how the doctors in this clinic, who have a fixed number of patients and don’t even accept new ones — supposedly to avoid being overbooked — somehow never have time for their own patients. They don’t answer calls, and it’s impossible to get an appointment!!!!
2Stars…and I am being generous! I called the clinic to ask if they could leave a message for my family physician. The doctor told me she would call me with my blood results instead of making another appointment. When I called today I asked the receptionist just to leave a reminder to my doctor. She was very rude, lacked any empathy, and proceeded to tell me that my blood redults were not in. I work in the medical field, I know it doesn’t take 2 weeks to get them. It’s impossible!
