I just don’t get why people use reviews for minor issues. This clinic is modern, they give you a portal to book your appointments fairly reliable, the space is clean. They are careful enough to keep a tiny space for kids at the reception, convenient as you can take blood tests, ultrasounds and imaging tests at the same place and they always try to accommodate so we don’t need to come back. The receptionist is always helpful and kind . And the doctor and nurses are amazing. I am very thankful to have found them. Never complicated to get an appointment.

2Stars…and I am being generous! I called the clinic to ask if they could leave a message for my family physician. The doctor told me she would call me with my blood results instead of making another appointment. When I called today I asked the receptionist just to leave a reminder to my doctor. She was very rude, lacked any empathy, and proceeded to tell me that my blood redults were not in. I work in the medical field, I know it doesn’t take 2 weeks to get them. It’s impossible! The clinic is trash. I wish we had option of giving no stars. It’s says that the clinic close at 4:30 and I was given appointment for 5:40 . Because of orange line closer I was stuck was late at my appointment but I can’t contact them because when I have called it’s says that we are closed, But then also I went there because I really needed to be seen by doctor. The receptionist is rude and told me we can’t accept you, you’re late. But I explained everything . She did wanted to listen and was rude.
