Came here for obtain my MRI results after waiting a month as my regular doctor was on a leave. Overall the clinic was ok however this doctor Beatrice Chapdelaine was just Horrible!!! Gave me shit for going there very condescending that I should educate myself before going. I am NOT a doctor and I wanted my results suffering with severe back pain for years. I had an appointment today at 7pm and the door was locked and dint open, I tried calling multiple times but no answer, circled around the building if there was a different entrance and the weather was so bad today, I already don’t feel well and this happens, like what kind pf clinic is this..

I have been to this clinic twice, and both times I had an excellent experience because everyone is incredibly friendly. The kind ladies at the front desk, the attentive nurses, and Dr. Ali, who is highly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable, all made me feel assured and at ease. I'm very grateful to everyone here who is dedicated to helping those in need.

Booked an appointment on sante Quebec as that was the only option available. It was 20 minutes from the time of booking. I Called and waited 41 minutes to talk to someone to inform them that I'll be late as I just got the appointment and on top of that, the automated voice messaging system is telling me I am called number 1 for over 20 minutes but, no one answers. When I reach there, they tell me I am a no show. What kind of service is this? Very bad experience.

I’m not sure what is wrong the receptionist. They need to either fire her or give better training. I received a text stating I had an appointment out of the blue (had asked 2 months ago so had forgotten about it) but I wasn’t able to make it so called them to reschedule. I had attempted to call them 5 times, email them, left 2 voice messages and sent text messages to reschedule.
