Was very excited to tour this community and had set up an Appointment for a showing only for them to no-show. I am not from the area and drove 50 minutes. The Leasing Office is listed to be open until 5pm and my Appointment was scheduled for 4pm. The person I had the appointment with left early for the day. If that’s any indication of how they value you as a potential resident then imagine how they treat you after you give them your money. Walking into this place was my first mistake. I had tried calling multiple times to talk to someone about getting an apartment or even just to be put on a waitlist. No one ever answered my calls and no one ever called me back. I finally went into the build to talk to someone and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me. She chewed me out when I asked about getting an apartment and continued to tell me I would never be able to live there. She was irritated that I even came to talk with her. Discriminatory. Avoid at all costs. Over priced for them to dictate what religion they accept.

They pick and choose what rules to follow and who to apply them to. People have visitors parking right in front of a "no parking fire line sign" but they repeatedly do it, weekly.
