Very bad clinic. I stopped going there years ago. One time, Dr. Lortie didn't want to give me sleeping pills because I was 'always in a state of crisis' according to her. That was only as needed for the odd times. Another Doctor agreed but said that 'this is not a dépanneur, next time you get none', acting like she was all that. That was around 2001. Je suis une cliente depuis 1998. J'ai eu l'opportunite d'etre suivie par 2 excellents medecins de famille; Dr. Gauthier et Dr. Issa. de plus j'ai ete par multiples medecins a leur centre d'urgence. Tous m'ont donne un excellent service, courtois, efficace et m'ont evite d'aller a des urgences d'hopitaux pour traitement d'abces. Excellent service de tout le personnel de support egalement. System de rendez vous désuet Tres difficile d'obtenir la.ligne
C'est l'enfer d'essayer de rejoindre la réception. Sa sonne toujours occuper peu importe la journée ou l'heure!
Le temps d'attente est vraiment court pour voir un médecin .Les secrétaires répondent assez rapidement au téléphone et sont a l'écoute les médecins et spécialistes y compris mon médecin de famille Dr Castillo sont vraiment a l'écoute il y a aucun jugement et très professionnel Merci a vous!
