I bought a new construction home from Centre Living Homes in 2022, and within 2 years, my roof developed a leak due to poor sealant work. I later found out that at least 8 out of 27 homes in my small neighborhood have experienced the same issue. The builder refused to take any responsibility because the 1-year warranty had expired — even though it’s clearly a pattern of poor workmanship, not a one-off issue.
