Buyer Beware! End of Year Warranty not guaranteed! We purchased our home in July of 2023. We had some warranty issues that were repaired in a timely manner, so all was good. We noticed that the floating flooring was beginning to buckle. As the end of the 1st year warranty drew near I made a list of issues and sent if off to the warranty department to be addressed. I have been living in a CLH built home for 5 years now. Everything has held up well and CLH continues to be there for me when I have random questions about the home build that help with home renovations / upgrades.
