Buyer beware! The finance company they refer you to (greenbrick) is the same owner for centre living homes. They will make you think you are getting a good deal but it’s not. The finance team for greenbrick is the worst. They will tell you they are following Fanny Mae and FHA guidelines but those guidelines are clearly published for everyone to see. Regret buying a Centre Living home at Dove Hollow. The builder is unprofessional uses material that is damaged and once identified the warranty department states siding isn’t covered under warranty. When it rains water leaks through my tankless water heater in my garage the HOA has meetings that homeowners are not allowed to ask questions which is a violation of Texas law but they sure increase HOA dues I haven’t even lived in the community for a year the pool is a complete disaster damaged bathrooms due to vandalism condoms... read more

Buyer Beware! End of Year Warranty not guaranteed! We purchased our home in July of 2023. We had some warranty issues that were repaired in a timely manner, so all was good. We noticed that the floating flooring was beginning to buckle. As the end of the 1st year warranty drew near I made a list of issues and sent if off to the warranty department to be addressed.
