Been coming to this centre since I was a young teen. As an adult with a child I’m so disappointed. I’ve had issues regarding documentation with Medicare that still hasn’t been fixed since February. Administration doesn’t look into requests properly and are quite happy to rush you off the phone and not call you back. I’ve asked multiple times for my daughter’s immunisation history to be fixed by this medical centre as it’s an issue on their end and I’ve now lost my CCS. Terrible. One doctor for the entire centre. Heaps of people waiting for hours to be seen. More staff needed, only needed my script to be filled but could not make a tele appointment or online booking
We've been loyal patients at this clinic for a long time, but I was deeply disappointed when they refused to see my father, who is visiting for only a few weeks. Their explanation was, 'We are not taking new patients.' While I understand policies, I would have expected more compassion and flexibility given our family's long-standing relationship with the clinic.
Been with dr shanaz for years and she is a great understanding doctor and Lisa is so nice and helpful.
