I went in with 2 serious breaks and 12 stitches on my finger for a consultation about hand surgery. Without warning, Dr. krebeihl began squeezing the injured finger. She then began testing the sensation on my finger tip. I was in tears and she told me that it doesn't hurt and I need to cooperate. When I told Dr. Krebeihl that she had crossed boundaries by telling me whether or not I had pain and making me feel that I had done something wrong by being in pain, she failed to apologize. I love the free valet parking. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They’re always able to answer any questions and/ or concerns. I especially love my Dr Aitken and Cortney is awesome with facials.
I had a double mastectomy one year ago with tissue expanders. I finally get my implants next month, since all my treatments are completed. I look forward to being a whole person again. Dr Vanderwoude and his nurse Courtney and surgery planner Jennifer have been super compassionate and very professional. They have showed every concern with my privacy.
