I’ve had a great experience working with Dr.Chu. She created a safe and welcoming space for me, where I felt supported. She took the time to understand what I’m going through and offered great insight and guidence. She is attentive and easy to talk. I’ve noticed real improvements thanks to her.
Dr. Yau & Dr. Mok helped my daughter with her issues over the course of one year or more. I found some improvements in my daughter's mental health I expected more from this clinic for my daughter. They should mobilize a effective plan from 'Start' to 'Finish' for a recipient.

Olivia and the CNEW team have been incredible to work with over the past several years. They have attended multiple events we co-host to support and help build community. For many years I hesitated to go see a psychologist but I was recommend I go see Dr. Chu and I am so grateful I did. She has this calming effect where instantly I felt a sense of comfort and compassion from her. She listened to me with an open mind and I never felt judged. I received tremendous help during some difficult times and I am so thankful for this. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Chu again so that she can help further guide me through my life challenges.
