Some suggestions: - Provide hooks in your treatment rooms for hanging clothes & a boot tray for shoes and boots - Keep your phones open between 11-1PM, I've never experienced this closure of phone lines and it's a strange patient experience to try to remember to call at a certain time - An appointment reminder service would be great, especially if you have a high volume of appointments or having the ability to schedule or reschedule quick appointments would be great instead of having to remember when the phones are open etc.... read more
Why make an appointment when you have to wait an hour from the time scheduled?
I've been Dr. Breslavets’ patient for many years, and he has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. He takes the time to explain my treatment options clearly and respects my autonomy in making decisions about my care. I truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and the respect he shows to his patients. I always feel heard and well cared for during every visit.
Initially I had trust in Dr. Breslavets. His attitude is clearly stilted and racist. I had gone to him regarding a skin condition from sand fleas as a result of working in very sandy soil. Dr. Breslavets told me the rash had nothing to do with a dermatologist. He said, with a snide look and snickering , … «I just don’t want to see how dirty your house is.» Shocking and bigoted of him!
