Excellent care and service.
My sister has used this service at the Burwood East All on 4 Clinic since 2011. The staff have been so supportive and helpful especially since she has developed Alzheimers disease. My sister’s mobility & cognitive function have declined and she has had increased difficulty in positioning herself on the dental chair for her treatments. The hygienists during this time have been very professional, caring and patient with her. We as her family are very appreciative of the wonderful care that she has received.
Very disappointing experience. A friend recommended them, so I called and booked an appointment for the next day at 1pm so I could take my son out of school after lunch. When booking, I was told a confirmation text would include the address, however the text came through with no address. I then received an email to complete medical forms, but couldn’t proceed unless I provided the full name of the person who referred me. We saw Dr Wesley today. He was so thorough with the consultation and information he provided. Dr Wesley was just lovely which made the whole dental experience excellent. Definitely coming back to CAID from now on.
