Worst living experience I have ever encountered. The landlord Virginia is awful. She’s one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She screamed in my face and my mothers face right in front of my not even one year old daughter who was trying to sleep. She kicked us out for having a cat that we were working on getting ESA papers for even though many many people have cats and dogs as well who don’t have ESA papers. Do not ever rent from these people. I don’t care how desperate you are they aren’t worth it. They are rude and horrible. The landlord will scream at you in front of your toddler. The landlord will look through your window if you say they can not enter you home while your wife isn’t dressed. And the landlord will refuse to use your current lack of a job, try to make you pay $640 when you’re supposed to pay 30% of your income and you have no income but about $100 and she knows that, and she will then file against you in court ... read more
