We’ve had such a positive experience with Dimensions Centre right from the very first intake call - which was so helpful! The team has been incredibly welcoming, organized, and supportive. So far, we’ve accessed animal-assisted therapy, RMT, and OT — and we’re planning to start speech therapy and possibly tutoring as well. We’ve been seeing Matt at RNT, and I can’t recommend him enough! From the very first session, he made me feel safe and comfortable — which was so important to me. CHEO kindly listed Dimensions as a resource, at a critical time of emotional and mental anguish for our preteen. There are no words to describe the level of insight, respect and support, our entire family feels, as a result of our care from all the different Dimensions staff. We truly feel that being introduced to Dimensions treatment and resources, early on in 2024 has proven to be one of the greatest reliefs and blessings in our family’s struggle with the lifelong mental health struggles of this child.
