Phòng nha làm việc rất cẩu thả và thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Làm răng ẩu và không sạch. Tiếp tân thì không rành việc, tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Pháp đều yếu, mà cũng không biết tiếng Việt. Tôi gọi nhiều lần, lần nào họ cũng hứa sẽ làm trong ngày, nhưng chờ cả mấy tuần không thấy đâu. Tháng trước tôi còn nói trực tiếp với bác sĩ, bác sĩ cũng hứa mà đến giờ vẫn không làm.
