very rude receptionist & unorganized, they mix appointments & even doesn't care about kids on pain , my kid was in pain for the last few weeks (7 weeks) and we called several times for him they said he is on the waiting list, and i just discovered yesterday that his name never been on the waiting list. and they have emergency spot and didn't call, the receptionist was very rude, that was not the first incident with them.
